Commentaire: Apartment is on 6th floor, instead of advertised 3rd - no elevator. Only windows are dormers in the roof, so forget about the view. Parking on first-come first-steal-your-spot basis in a crammed parking lot. Location is convenient, but building is just ugly with graffiti and piss on the walls. Plastic shower curtain needed some creative rigging to keep the water in the tub. Apartment is clean and comfortable, but the owner needs to admit the inconveniences, and lower the price to reflect the value for the money.
