Comentario:	Owners's reply: To the future clients, who would be interested in booking this apartment: why rating is bad? First of all, no comments, only digits written here. 5 people stayed in the apartment and: 1) got it clean and tidy, left it in a dirty and messy shape 2) havent any complaints when checked in nor after 3) main thing - lost or stole an expensive set of three keys from the apartment, so they were requested to compensate this damage even if it covered the price of just one key. Maybe the last fact seemed for customers reasonable to put a bad rating
